Boost conversion and user retention is my main goal and I believe it's the main driving factor for businesses. Yes, I build websites that load quicker than you can blink, and I do implement over 300 techniques to improve to the maximum for SEO, while keeping user interfaces accessible and inclusive. Yes, I reduced hosting costs to zero for small to medium businesses while reducing video production times by 90% PLUS (+), and since 2006 every single project has achieved 100/100 PERFECT Google page speed score. And all of this is to power and enable user conversion, as without clients and profit, there is no business.
Why I inspire trust with businesses
Through my work I've powered countless startups connect with their audience and generate thousands of impressions. Saving high-profile launches is something I've done in almost every company and even helped many of them secure multimillion dollar contracts. Although my techniques and strategy always evolved as the internet grew and I grew with it, it was always about performance boosts and squeezing the last bit, reducing the load times from minutes or tens of minutes to under a second, to get the "it feels instant" experience.
I've started decades ago with Macromedia Flash
and delivered unheard of slick UI, powerful presentations for museums and digital records, discovered the power of PHP and MySQL which powered hundreds of websites to reach Google first page results, and focused on JavaScript solutions for the last dozen years working for BIG companies and startups, with technologies such as: React, Angular, NextJS, TypeScript, AstroJS and many more. For the past 2 years I've been knee deep in building AI driven tools.
Some notable achievements:
- I've boosted client conversion by 200% through perfect SEO and performance optimization, reducing bounce rate and increasing Call To Action click throughs, for companies providing: elderly care in Austria, tourism and travel services, real-estate, online games in Romania, and why not explore the weird side, websites and portals in the dating and adult industry
- when it comes to application performance wise, I've enabled 60fps constant rendering for very heavy application at EA Technology, that had the need to load tens to hundreds of thousands of graphics at the same time or ginormous lists of data.
- Chemist Direct saw a 25% increased revenue post-launch, and my impact has been felt all over the place, especially in cutting load and render times under 400ms
100ms to 1ms or less load and render
was my target at Wow Job FZC, where I've developed and tested head to head multiple solutions and combinations ranging from: Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, CouchDB and others, back-end and front-end with NextJS, Astro, ViteJS, minding horizontal and vertical scaling of deployed apps. I'm not just happy, I'm ecstatic and extremely proud to have achieved such lightning fast load times for public pages, and for private routes everything is instant, most processes happen in microseconds, which is multiple orders of magnitude faster than previous solutions.
I think you get a pretty good idea at what level I like to practice my passion of developing digital solutions, and I consider myself to be in the TOP 1% of the TOP 1% impactful web developers.
My love for web development
reached individuals seeking to grow their careers or break into the tech industry. I was extremely happy and jumping up and down around the office, every single time one of my students succeeded. The best ones which were also the majority of them, were the ones when common people that started with zero eXPerience, got hired for the first time as web developers, and multiple times over after that.
I really love to share my knowledge, in uncommon ways, I would call them the opposite ways that many schools or universities approach interacting with their students.
I usually start with the end, the product or service we want to build, define it, understand it, and break it down into smaller pieces, and then even smaller ones until we reach the simplest idea or task, and start working from that upwards. This way you only need to discover and build very basic requirements most of the time, and you learn as you practice it on a daily basis.
Pioneer at heart with a touch of craziness
- Is what I happen to be, through innovation such as a zero-build time Reach UI library, with zero learning curve, and zero compromise on the Developer Experience.
- boost boost and boost team productivity, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility is my default mindset, which saves projects from cancellation and improves developer to stakeholder chain of communication
- I've been part of thousands of interviews, a good part of them as a job seeker and hundreds of them as an interview engineer, and this experience allowed me to directly mentor and lead to landing a job dozens and dozens of students, most of them multiple times through their career.
- My help positioned my StackOverflow profile in top 4%, I won multiple times first and second place in the 30s Elevator Speech competitions and
I love to bring credibility and a vast expertise to every project.
