How can I spend less time job hunting
improve the quality, and get much much better results? I mean, is this even possible? And if it is, what questions should I ask myself?

Hey, I just used a word, some expressions I've heard of, however, I admit I don't really understand or know what shebang means.
So improving the quality of the job hunting experience is something I really need, and I'm pretty sure everyone wants an experience that's less painful or even enjoyable, if this is not something too much to ask from life. I'm sure there are hundreds, maybe thousands, maybe less, maybe more, of different or similar ways to approach the job hunting process, and I'm pretty sure no matter which one you do, as long as it's good, just be happy with it and go for it. However, all of those, all of the ways to job hunt, they all have something in common: the end goal.
You, I and everyone else want to get at least one job offer so they can start converting their time into revenue and at least cover personal and family expenses. What I want is to spend more time on the job application so I can put effort into it and increase the quality of the job application, which increases my success rate as well, as long as my process is well defined and has a winning strategy.
I want to get better results. What I truly want is not just one job offer, I want at least two to three job offers. Each time I seek one, ideally five or more, so I can assess which one fits better for the long term. Some will offer more money, some will offer remote, some will offer the technologies that you love to work with. So you and I can both agree that it's better to have choices so you can pick the one that matters most to you. It makes you happier, and can in turn make a greater impact to the ones that you'll shake hands with and spend a part of your future life with.
By sharing my experience, the steps I go through, the jobs I find so others can apply, the challenges I face while architecting applications, designing and developing processes to help common people and businesses in need, I'll start to radiate an aura that this is what I do, this is what I live and breathe.
Just like SEO compared to Paid Ads, one provides quick results and stops as soon as you no longer invest in it, while this other, starts slow and continues to provide results for years, continuously, I can foresee that my journey will start hard, I'll encounter many difficult obstacles and the more I solve them, the easier it will become.
Weeks to months later, I can see myself in a position where acute struggle fades away, and in months to years, I can see myself having more client offers than I can deal with, which would be the end of struggles and the beginning of maximum conversion of my potential and impact.
This is how I can see myself spending less and less time job hunting, and more and more time creating move value, which can help people in the job hunting process find a new job, a contract or a freelance project to work on.
