Marian and I have been working together for many years. During this time, we have built the CodeTap Academy E-learning platform, going through all the steps from idea to delivery. Marian is a jack of all trades. He’s the go-to guy when we design, record, edit and publish courses, when we pitch our services to potential clients, when we plan our budget and investments, when mentoring students into coding, writing CVs, and dominate the interviews.

When we started our first student got hired for £20,000 per year. We’ve worked on countless iterations and improved our course content, mentoring, retention rate and many other key factors so much, that we are proud all our students over one year into the job are that good to earn over £50,000 per year, with some exceptions reaching £100,000 in the first year. If that is not amazing, I do not know what is.
Just like at sound systems, I will give Marian at least an 11. The reason for this grade is that Marian has 100% success rate, for all of our “one to one mentored” students. He made sure that none of them experienced failure, even in the toughest, most under pressure and most impossible moments. No one gets left behind.
